Steinert NES 6119 high frequency eddy current separators are designed for high levels of non-ferrous fines recovery, and feature improved rare earth magnetic materials. High frequency separation with a patented eccentric self-cleaning 6119 rotor recovers more small particles per operating hour. Combined with ferrous pre-separation, which removes the volume of ferrous fines, these units make for a truly enhanced upgrade of non-ferrous fines. NES 6119 high frequency eddy current separators are available in widths up to 80 inches. Capacity is ten cubic metres per hour, per metre of width, or about eight tons per day at a density of 60 pounds per cubic foot, per metre of width.
