Built for efficiency, durability and easy access maintenance, Kinshofer’s Scrap Grabs are designed to achieve high clamping force and operating speed, while being engineered for a low overall weight. Made of high strength, fine grain steel with Hardox 400 liners, each Kinshofer grab has a completely enclosed carrier which provides protection to new improved cylinders, hoses and fittings.
Hardened pins secured by castellated nuts and replaceable Hardox 500 tine tips make these grabs sturdy and easy to maintain. A standard pilot controlled check valve provides added security against unwanted opening in case of hose failure. It also allows for more precise handling of individual pieces as it helps to keep the tine tips closed. Available in four or five tine versions, with four possible tine configurations, each P-Series Grab comes equipped with a fully “upgraded” integrated KM15 rotator, which generates high working torque and braking torque in any oil temperature.
