Bollegraaf Group appoints new chief commercial officer
The appointment reflects a new phase of global growth to bring MRFs around the world into the future
The Bollegraaf Group has named Fabrizio Radice as its new chief commercial officer.
Fabrizio brings more than 25 years of international experience in senior management roles across leading multinational companies in the industrial, automation, life-science, and high-tech instrumentation sectors, including Philips, FLIR, and Agilent. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and global head of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at TOMRA Recycling, where he spent the past nine years. During his tenure, he played a key role in market development, segment management, key-account strategy, and the digital transformation of the company's marketing organization.
Fabrizio holds a doctorate in Engineering and a master's degree in Business Administration. His extensive experience combines business-unit leadership with deep multi-channel commercial expertise and AI technology, positioning him ideally to support Bollegraaf's next phase of global expansion and to bring the MRF of the future to customers worldwide. With broad multicultural experience and a proven track record of successfully leading commercial teams, he will be instrumental in shaping new commercial strategies across marketing, service, and product management.
