JMC Recycling Systems will showcase a new machine, the McIntyre 610 HD shear, at IFAT Munich 2024.

This will be the first time the machine has been in Europe and will join JMC's range of alligator shears branded under the McIntyre name. The McIntyre 610 HD shear has a cutting power of 160 tonnes, making it what JMC says is the fastest shear in its class.

The model can make 14 cuts per minute, is capable of 3,500 psi pressure, and has a blade length of 608 millimetres. The cutting capacity will also improve safety while speeding up the processing, making projects more effective and streamlined.

"We're proud of the team for designing and engineering such a fantastic model and we're really looking forward to displaying it at this year's IFAT," said Phillip Pownall, managing director at JMC Recycling Systems.
