REM introduces trailer-mounted portable sort system

Recycling Equipment Manufacturing Inc. has introduced the REM Portable Sort System Trailer Mount (PSST). It is designed to be a mobile sort platform which can be transported from site to site on a localized basis.

The system consists of a TRC in-feed conveyor and a Sorting Conveyor mounted on a trailer along with pitch chutes. Options for the PSST include generator power, Hydraulic Drive and HPU, various belting and pulley configurations, and Variable Frequency Drive. The Sort System has a full roomy and safe walk way, which is also collapsible for easy transportation.

The Sort System can accommodate several different types of products and has a heavy duty design capable for scrap applications. REM can customize the Portable Sort System with custom conveyor lengths and number of bins.
