MAC MAGNUM Logger/Baler ideal for auto and scrapyards

The new MAC MAGNUM Logger from Granutech-Saturn Systems is ideal for automobile and scrap metal recycling yards. The company says these units boast a continuous-rotation crane with the longest reach of any logger/baler in the industry at 27 feet 4 inches, as well a load capacity of 5,800 pounds at full reach. For added flexibility, the operator cab features an IQAN control system.   

Saturn Dual-Shaft Industrial Shredder Series

The Saturn Dual-Shaft Industrial Shredder series from Granutech delivers 70-tons-per-day processing capacity in a variety of configurations. The Saturn dual shaft system is built for versatility, with over 20 standard models available. The series uses differential shaft speeds and features a heavy-duty internal gearbox, custom cutter configurations, and is available with options for dual-drive or single drive, as well as a choice of electric or hydraulic drives.

Super 80 Grizzly features eight tons-per-hour capacity in single line tire processing applications

At ISRI 2013 and Waste Expo 2013, Granutech-Saturn Systems is formally launching the next generation of its Grizzly grinder series – the Super 80 Grizzly. Designed for an unprecedented eight-tons-per-hour capacity in single line tire processing applications, these grinders feature several design and performance enhancements, including higher horsepower, slower speed and four times higher torque than the original Model 80.     

Grizzly grinder evolves into “super” machine with serrated bite

Granutech-Saturn Systems has introduced a more “voracious” version of its Grizzly grinder. According to Greg Wright, director of sales, the newly designed Super 80 Grizzly achieves the highest capacity in the industry, uses a serrated knife design, and features higher horsepower, slower speed and higher torque than previous models.

Updated logger

The updated MAC L3600 Logger provides operators with the ability to adjust both throttle levels and bale density from inside the cab. With the flip of a switch the operator can select any of three different bale densities. Material handling and loading are designed to be fast and easy with a four-tine grapple-equipped boom, offering 555 degrees continuous rotation.
