Hallco’s new i-6000 Series is an internally-sealed drive unit that features anodized aluminum manifolds and internally sealed cylinder barrels, optimizing seal life in corrosive environments. Additional wear rings have been added to the head manifold/shaft bore, providing replaceable wear surfaces and increasing drive unit life.
The Full-Eject Hallco Live Floor feature is available for use with Labrie trucks, allowing safer and easier unloading on unpacked ground and reduced low-height areas, while offering an efficient packer design.
Hallco Live Floors are designed to turn trailers into self-unloaders. Material is pushed off automatically, allowing up to 15 waste trailers to self-unload at a working face with no waiting in line for tippers, or worrying about time-consuming breakdowns.
At landfills, trailers with Hallco Live Floors become self-unloaders with material being pushed off automatically. As many as 10, 12, even 15 waste trailers can self-unload at a working face with no waiting in line for tippers, or worrying about time-consuming breakdowns.
The Brute Live Floor system is designed for use in waste hauling trailers where leaking loads are unacceptable. The Brute 8000 hydraulic drive unit has two-inch solid steel chrome shafts for durability and 4 1/2-inch cylinders for power. The Brute subdecking forms a leak-proof pan for the Brute live decking. The location of the hydraulic drive at the trailer front keeps it protected from road salts and grime. Also, there are no hoses or tubing under the trailer and servicing the system is easy.
