GaiaRecycle, LLC recently announced their new G-30H modular model to address the food waste processing needs typically found in small restaurants and elementary schools.
Introduced to North America earlier this year, the GaiaRecycle system uses patented technology to efficiently dehydrate and decompose food scraps and other organic waste into rich soil amendments and energy resources. Units range in capacity from 30 kg to 100+ tons per day, and work by accelerating the organic decomposition process based on drying, sterilizing and grinding food scraps and organic waste. With processing typically completed in about eight to 10 hours, waste volume and weight are reduced by up to 90 percent. GaiaRecycle systems can also process animal fat and extract animal oil for a high-quality bio-diesel refinement or dried by-product suitable for animal feed.
