Dust and odour control technology
The DustBoss is a fully automatic, oscillating ducted dust and odour controller.
Units will improve air quality and use Active Air action, which sprays a fine mist of water over material, and effectively seals in dust, and then drops it out of the air and onto the ground. This technology is ideal for use in various industries including com-posting, recycling, wood processing, scrap and steel and slag.
Available DustBoss models include the DB-60 and the DB-30, both of which feature an adjustable angle throw of 0 to 50 degrees (height). The DB-60 model can cover 21,000 square feet (1,950 square metres) with approximately 50 to 200 micron-sized dust-and-odour attracting water particles, and gives zero to 40 degrees of oscillator movement. Units will throw water from 20 to 210 feet (6.1 to 64 metres), and weigh 1,600 pounds. The DB-30 is ideal for smaller or more confined areas weighs 800 pounds, and will cover 5,500 square feet (511 square metres). Oscillator movement is zero to 70 degrees, and the DB-30 will throw water 20 to 100 feet (6.1 to 33 metres.)
