Genesis’ XP line of shears features the use of bolt-on wear parts, interchangeable, rotatable blade sets, and other maintenance-related features for dramatically-reduced down times and correspondingly increased production levels. Lighter gauge material requires a shear’s blades to maintain very close tolerances to be effective, so material isn’t folded rather than cut. The GXP 300R shear is designed to pack a lot of shearing force and features a regen or speed valve for very fast cycle times.
