Automatic compacting baler

Automatic compacting baler
Designed for use as a compactor in the vehicle scrapping sector, and for the recovery of waste from industrial processes, or in the recycling of aluminum cans or other com-pactable materials, the newly improved B6200SW automatic compacting baler has a maximum force of 700 tons and a box over 20 feet long. Like all the balers in the Colmar line, the B6200SW has an intense compacting cycle. These units can be equipped with a mechanical scrap loader for loading materials, or can be fed by an industrial scrap processor, and can be trailer-mounted for easy portability.

Other key standard features on the B6200SW model include an automated compacting cycle, air conditioner, and remote control, with the option to include an automatic greasing system. A standard 228-hp engine packs the power to handle big jobs, and units are equipped with large diameter axial pushing pistons which provide considerable compaction power for scrap material in a small axial space. Plus, per hour output is very high and baled material can be collected in the middle of the container, for easy loading and unloading. Additionally, the B6200SW can be equipped with dual electrical engines, at 74 hp each (480 V to 60 Hz).
