Hartl impact crushers are designed for primary and secondary applications, and are ideal for use in a pre-crushing stage in recycling as well as a main production tool in stone crushing. Units feature rugged construction, pre-stressed, hydraulically adjustable swing-beams, and will optimize feed sizes, output and shape. PC 1375 I geometry provides consistent end product even when crushing large infeed materials, as well as stepped pre-screen grids in various sizes, and a unique reversing conveyor belt under the pre-screening section. Infeed opening is 49 inches by 30 inches (1,250 mm by 750 mm) and production is up to 300 tons per hour. Units use a Cat engine, are compact for transport, and can be excavator or loader fed.
