EvoQuip expands inclined screen lineup with 500-tph model

EvoQuip has expanded its screening line with the new Falcon 1630 Inclined Screen, a high-capacity finishing screen designed with rapid setup and versatility across a range of applications and materials.
Engineered with productivity and operator convenience at its core, the Falcon 1630 combines a large screening area with ease of service and mobility to achieve high throughput and minimize downtime.
Focusing on high productivity and ease of operations
The Falcon 1630 can process up to 500 tph depending on material type, feed size, and screen specification. The machine functions on a three-deck screen box with a 16x5 top and middle deck and 14x5 bottom deck and incorporates a 2-bearing incline screen box with adjustable screen angle to provide operators with the flexibility to optimise performance across varying material types and operating conditions.
Maintenance and serviceability are built into the machine with quick wedge tensioning, bottom deck hydraulic tensioning, and dedicated access points to reduce time required for mesh changes.
All four discharge conveyors are hydraulically folding for transport and offer adjustable configurations. The fourth product oversize conveyor features variable tilt and side slew functionality, allowing operators to accurately discharge material for stockpiling or recirculation applications.
