Track grinder features 1,200 hp

Powered by a Cat C32, 1,200-hp engine with ACERT Technology, the track- mounted DZH 7000TKT is a portable, high-capacity, low-maintenance horizontal grinder designed specifically for large-scale wood-waste operations. The DZH7000TKT will process more than 1,000 cubic yards of material per hour, and primary machine features consist of the patented feed roller design that rises past centre to a safety lock position for easy maintenance, and screen replacement of less than 20 minutes. Some other key features include: a variable speed dual drive feed chain; a patented Hydraulic Rod Puller for quick hammer change; and 30 hammers at 140 pounds each.
