Aeration floor systems for compost and biofilters

BioAer floor systems are designed to provide uniform, steady-state and controlled air distribution through material in compost and biofilter applications. BioAer systems are composed of two parts: the baseplate (shown left) and the BioAer trench cover. Together, these two parts create a smooth, but rugged floor with the lowest possible pressure drop. Systems feature virtual total corrosion resistance in the pH and biological environment of either biofil-ter or compost systems, are easy to install, clean and maintain, and are strong enough to handle wheel loaders of any size.
