C10+ tracked jaw crusher goes compact

The C10+ is a brand new compact tracked jaw crusher designed to bring the features of the Extec C-12+ to the smaller demolition or quarry site. Purpose-built for operations where space is limited, units feature high performance, sturdy construction, advanced power management, and a unique jaw design. The C10+ includes a fully adjustable hydraulically controlled jaw, diesel hydraulic power with a CAT C6.6 215 hp engine, and high power and speed of crushing with very large reduction in product size. A vibrating feeder automatically controls the flow of material to the crusher and reverse crushing action relieves blockages. A fast track facility clears machine of tangled re-bar, eliminating down time, so prevalent in conventional crushers, and the complete machine rises hydraulically to facilitate cleaning and servicing. Other key features include: self-propelled mobility on site and travel on road without ancillary transport; Vogel automated jaw grease system; SKF sealed for life bearings; mild steel liners inthe hopper and feeder base as standard; a Web & Flange chassis; an increased capacity diesel tank at the rear of the machine; improved main and side conveyor chutes; upgraded electronics; and smooth and even tracking action.

The C10+ is ideal for concrete crushing and asphalt crushing in recycling yards or demolition sites, and for rock crushing in quarries and construction sites.
