Track-mounted mobile screen

Designed for large quarry operators and aggregates producers of virgin and recycled materials, the S-7 track-mounted mobile screen is capable of producing four products via its triple deck construction. Units utilize a large feed hopper with optional double-deck vibrating grid and a set of extended conveyors for very high productivity levels. The S-7’s transport weight is 85,142 pounds (38.2 tonnes) and it is powered by a Deutz BF4M 2012 diesel engine developing 100.4 hp (74.9 kW), which meets or exceeds current emissions regulations.

Track-mounted mobile screen produces four products

Designed for large quarry operators and aggregates producers of virgin and recycled materials, the S-7 track-mounted mobile screen is the largest model to date in Extec’s S-series of screens, and is capable of producing four products via its triple deck construction.

Asphalt processing screen

The S-5 Double-screen features huge output capabilities and is used to process asphalt millings into three fractions of material. The unique feature of the S-5 is the doublescreen box which separates the Asphalt into fine-grained and oversize material. The oversize is fed to a crusher after the finer material has been screened off and processed by the crusher to achieve the highest quality product possible.

Tracked jaw crusher

The C10+ is a compact tracked jaw crusher ideal for concrete and asphalt crushing in recycling yards or demolition sites, or for quarries and construction sites. Units are purpose-built for tight work environments, and feature high performance, sturdy construction, advanced power management, and a unique jaw design. The C10+ includes a fully adjustable, hydraulically controlled jaw, diesel hydraulic power with a CAT 215-hp engine, and high power and speed of crushing with very large reduction in product size. A vibrating feeder automatically controls the flow of material to the crusher and reverse crushing action relieves blockages. A fast track facility clears the machine of tangled re-bar, and the complete unit rises hydraulically to facilitate cleaning and servicing.

C10+ tracked jaw crusher goes compact

The C10+ is a brand new compact tracked jaw crusher designed to bring the features of the Extec C-12+ to the smaller demolition or quarry site. Purpose-built for operations where space is limited, units feature high performance, sturdy construction, advanced power management, and a unique jaw design. The C10+ includes a fully adjustable hydraulically controlled jaw, diesel hydraulic power with a CAT C6.6 215 hp engine, and high power and speed of crushing with very large reduction in product size. A vibrating feeder automatically controls the flow of material to the crusher and reverse crushing action relieves blockages. A fast track facility clears machine of tangled re-bar, eliminating down time, so prevalent in conventional crushers, and the complete machine rises hydraulically to facilitate cleaning and servicing. Other key features include: self-propelled mobility on site and travel on road without ancillary transport; Vogel automated jaw grease system; SKF sealed for life bearings; mild steel liners inthe hopper and feeder base as standard; a Web & Flange chassis; an increased capacity diesel tank at the rear of the machine; improved main and side conveyor chutes; upgraded electronics; and smooth and even tracking action.

Doublescreen provides huge output in asphalt processing

The S-5 Doublescreen features huge output capabilities and is used to process asphalt millings into three fractions of material. The unique feature of the S-5 is the dou-blescreen box which separates the Asphalt into fine grained and oversize material. The oversize is fed to a crusher after the finer material has been screened off and processed by the crusher to achieve the highest possible quality product. The processed asphalt, with a grade of minus 1/2-inch (-12 mm), can be produced on the tail conveyor, and a material grade of 1/4+1/2-inch (6 mm+12 mm) from the side conveyor. The split drive interangling double-screen system on these units has been purpose-built to handle the most diffi cult materials. The split screening facility enables the fi rst screen box to be used as a fi nes extractor while the second box operates as a grader, giving very specifi c grading of products for a mobile system. Additionally, the design features of the S-5’s bogie allow the machine to be transported as a trailer quickly and easily without the use of a low loader, and as the bogie system is hydraulic, it allows for easy removal on site, allowing quick set up for screening.

Heavy-duty screen

The E7 heavy-duty track mount-ed self-propelled open flow screening and stockpiling system is purpose-built for the recycling and quarrying markets. Units are ideally suited for: recycling construction and landfill waste, separation of “sticky” aggregate, screening heavy overburden at the quarry face, and pre-screening/scalping of material prior to its being fed into a crusher.

Tracked jaw crusher

The C-12 tracked jaw crusher features a vibratory feeder with automatic control to regulate the feed into the crusher, a hydraulic adjustment system to regulate the product size to be crushed, reverse crushing action to assist in clearing blockages, and a high crushing speed. These machines also include: a unique fast-track facility to allow tangled re-bar to clear the machine; a full dust suppression system; remote control operation; easy servicing; and excellent on-site and road mobility. Ideal applications include concrete crushing in recycling yards or demolition sites, rock crushing in quarries or construction sites, and asphalt crushing.
