Powerful track mounted horizontal grinder “biggest on market”

Powered by a Cat C32, 1,200 hp engine with ACERT Technology, the track mounted DZH 7000TKT is the largest unit of its kind in the industry, according to the company. Units are a portable, high-capacity, low-maintenance horizontal grinder designed specifically for large-scale wood waste operations. The DZH 7000TKT will process more than 1,000 cubic yards of material per hour, and primary machine features consist of the patented feed roller design that rises past centre to safety lock position for easy maintenance, and screen replacement of less than 20 minutes. An aggressive variable speed dual drive feed chain for handling the toughest material is also standard, as is the industry’s first patented Hydraulic Rod Puller for quick hammer change. Integral standard features also include 30 hammers at 140 pounds each, a Fluid Coupling soft start drive system, self-diagnostic radio remote control, and a 545-gallon fuel capacity.
