Conveying systems

Keith Walking Floor conveying systems store and unload a variety of recycled materials. After recyclables are removed from the waste stream, materials are collected in sort bins located directly below the picking line. Installing Walking Floor systems into these bins automates the conveying process, freeing loading equipment to operate elsewhere in the MRF.

Used in conjunction with traditional systems such as belt conveyors, Walking Floor systems provide multiple options for storing, routing and sorting incoming materials. A touch of a button is all it takes to unload tons of material onto the take away conveyor, where it will be delivered to a baler or other processing equipment.
