Morbark 22RXL and 30 Total Chiparvestors
Models 22RXL and 30 Total Chiparvestors utilize Morbark’s patented three-wheel feed system and infeed beds, so that wood flow is synchronized and fed to the chippers at a controlled rate, producing uniform, high quality chips.
An adjustable defl ector chute on the dirt separator improves work site safety, and relief valves are located directly below solenoid valves. More reliable performance and longer clutch life are delivered with a spread bearing clutch design, and an enclosed weatherized operator’s cab tilts hydraulically for transport with a deluxe six-way adjustable seat, joystick controls and combination air conditioner/heater.
The Morlift Model 1000 Knuckleboom Loader, with a 25-foot reach and 210-degree swing, has a lift capacity of 20,000 pounds at 10 feet. Options on the 22RXL and 30 Chiparvestors include a four-knife chipper disc, joy stick controls for the loader, combination air conditioner/heater, discharge spout extension, electronic RPM sensor, rear stabilizers and an Espar heating system.
