Heavy-duty screen
The E7 heavy-duty track mount-ed self-propelled open flow screening and stockpiling system is purpose-built for the recycling and quarrying markets. Units are ideally suited for: recycling construction and landfill waste, separation of “sticky” aggregate, screening heavy overburden at the quarry face, and pre-screening/scalping of material prior to its being fed into a crusher.
Key features on the E-7 screen include: a heavy-duty hopper adjusted for length and loading height, with capacity up to 10m³; a double-plated apron plate feeder; a heavy-duty screen box with uniquely high throw and high vibration with an adjustable angle of incline ranging from 10 to 22°; a heavy duty crusher-type chassis; and heavy duty mesh, rock fingers or grizzly bars that can be fitted to the decks.
