Rotating pulverizers
These rotating pulverizers are designed for both primary and secondary demolition applications. Units will demolish and then further break up materials, and a pivoting ring allows units to revolve 360 degrees left or right.
The upper jaw on these rotating pulverizers has a ground tooth plate that has two front teeth which ensure outstanding penetration into concrete. The front teeth go between the shrouds in the lower jaw, so the reinforcing steel is always separated optimally from the concrete.
Some other key features include extremely fast cycle times, high power to weight ratios, twin rotation motors and filters, and exchangeable wear parts.
Three models are available for carriers from 22 to 65 tons, with closing forces of between 90 and 140 tons and jaw openings of 900 mm to 1,200 mm.
