Concrete processors

Multi-Quick Processors feature 20 percent more power and increased cycle times over previous models and are designed for cutting and crushing concrete structures with three quick-change jaw options. A unique hydraulic system is used for complete jaw set exchange on-site in about ten minutes, and jaw options include a Combi-Jaw, Pulverizer-Jaw and Steel-Jaw. Units are designed for use with excavators ranging from 20 tonnes to 65 tonnes, and feature a patented cylinder concept for increased power and faster cycle times.

Closing forces on the Combi-Jaws and Pulverizer-Jaws (measured at the front tooth) range from 900 to 1,400 kN (198,000 to 308,000 pounds). For the Steel-Jaws (measured at the mid-point of the upper blade) closing forces range from 3,000 to 4,400 kN (660,000 to 968,000 pounds).
