Updated cylinder lift
With lower maintenance
The Taskmaster cylinder lift has been updated. Units now offer extended service life and reduced maintenance costs. Changes include a new adjustable hook, solid cylinder connector, single faceplate pin, various bushing improvements and an upgrade to the breakaway bolt and faceplate stop. The Taskmaster was designed for refuse and recycling haulers looking for an economical, high-quality cart lifter. It can be mounted on collection vehicles or on stationary frames or compactors for use in a variety of material handling applications.
The Taskmaster’s new solid cylinder connector prevents material from falling behind the cylinder and eliminates misalignment that can contribute to bushing wear. The new cylinder is interchangeable with the previous design, so older lifters can be retrofitted.
The Taskmaster cylinder lift is compatible with standard domestic-style two-bar roll-out carts. It can lift 550 pounds at 1,800 psi in six to eight seconds. Its patented Thinline design works with most commercial container latch kits. A solid hook drive mechanism automatically secures the cart to the faceplate during the dump cycle, and self-lubricating composite bearings at all pivot points eliminate the need for greasing.
