Terex acquires Keestrack
Keestrack will continue to operate as an independent brand while lending manufacturing capabilities to Terex brands

Terex Corporation will acquire Keestrack in a definitive agreement. Financial terms are not disclosed.
Founded in Belgium in 1988, Keestrack manufactures mobile crushing, screening, and related equipment serving the aggregates, recycling, construction, and demolition industries, and serves more than 65 countries through a network of over 70 distributors.
The acquisition will expand Terex Materials Processing's crushing and screening portfolio and add manufacturing and distribution capabilities. Following completion, Keestrack will continue to operate as an independent brand within the Terex Materials Processing portfolio.
Keestrack leadership will remain in place after the sale is complete
"Keestrack is a complementary addition to our aggregates portfolio, with established products, manufacturing capabilities and distribution," said Pat Brian, vice president, Terex Aggregates. "We look forward to working with the Keestrack team following completion of the transaction."
"Terex Materials Processing provides a strong platform for Keestrack's next phase," said Kees Hoogendoorn, co-founder and president of Keestrack Group. "Its approach allows Keestrack to maintain its brand and customer focus while gaining access to additional resources and capabilities."
Following completion, Peter and Frederik Hoogendoorn will continue in leadership roles within Keestrack. Kees and Annet Hoogendoorn will support the business during a transition period. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Keestrack will continue to operate independently until completion.
