The redesigned P2000e can process high volumes of MSW with improved levels of accuracy
The revamped electric pre-shredder is capable of processing up to 70 tonnes per hour, with up to 99 percent of household waste bags opening with ease during high-volume MSW treatment. With eDrive at its core, the P2000e is engineered to lower operating and lifecycle costs without compromising the shredding performance required for demanding MSW operations.
Municipal solid waste is unpredictable. Waste composition changes continuously, which places high demands on both equipment and operators.
The P2000e has been engineered specifically for these conditions. Combining the shredding characteristics of a much larger machine with the simplicity of a compact single-shaft design, it delivers stable throughput and reduced manual intervention throughout the machine's lifetime.

The eDrive technology completely changes power and drive
At the heart of the P2000e is M&J's eDrive technology, changing the lifecycle economics of high-volume bag-opening and MSW shredding. Lower energy and maintenance requirements help reduce operating costs and total cost of ownership over the machine's lifetime, while lower noise levels provide an additional operational benefit.
The P2000e can deliver energy savings of up to 65 percent compared with the hydraulic P2000. With M&J's advanced UltraBoost software, the P2000e continuously adapts power to the actual load. It uses less energy when demand is lower while making additional power available when required, helping operators maintain high throughput without using more energy than the operation demands.
The single-shaft design and eDrive technology also mean less time and resources spent on maintenance and service, while simpler installation adds another practical advantage for operators.
