ReSpark expands equipment maintenance software solutions for recyclers with UptimePM acquisition

ReSpark has officially acquired UptimePM, a maintenance management platform built specifically for the scrap and recycling industry. 

As part of the acquisition, UptimePM will become ReSparkPM, expanding the ReSpark product suite with purpose-built tools for asset management, inspections, work orders, preventative maintenance, parts inventory, and maintenance spending.
