LiuGong moves the needle on all-electric machines with new excavator and wheel loader

The 856HE electric wheel loader 

The LiuGong 856HE electric wheel loader has been meticulously re-engineered to excel in waste transfer stations, recycling facilities, and demolition sites. The machine has been built as a sustainable solution for the recycling and waste processing industries.

The 922FE electric excavator 

The LiuGong 922FE electric excavator is utilized as a waste handler in some of the toughest recycling environments. Built for durability in variety of environments, this all-electric machine is designed for handling jagged debris, compacted waste, or abrasive materials while maintaining ample power throughout the work day. 

• Electric power - The 423 kWh battery system drives the 165 kW (221 hp) engine, delivering diesel-equivalent digging force and hydraulic responsiveness — minus the emissions, ideal for indoor facilities, urban job sites, or eco-regulated zones. 
• Rapid charging - The electric excavator offers 8 to 10 hours of continuous runtime and rapid 90-minute recharge minimizes downtime.
