The Hammerhead horizontal grinder, which was introduced at this year’s Waste Expo by Screen USA, is a new mid-sized heavy-duty grinder ideal for handling landscape debris, brush, pallets, sheetrock, roofing shingles, and a variety of other materials. Units have a 2.5 cubic yard capacity hopper and a 4.5 foot-wide variable direction belt conveyor feeder.

According to Screen USA, the Hammerhead can be pulled behind a one-ton truck, has been severely tested grinding a wide range of materials, and is “100 percent ready for open waters.”
