Bunting shows new products at WasteExpo 2013 in New Orleans
Bunting Magnetics Co.—producer of precision magnetic products for the worldwide recycling, food, printing, automobile, plastics, and electronics industries—introduced two new products at WasteExpo 2013 in New Orleans, May 21-23. Featured in the company's booth (#4667) were a new High-Intensity Separation Conveyor and a new Vibrator Feed Tray, both with specific applications in the waste handling and recycling industries.
High-intensity separation conveyor line
Bunting's new line of high-intensity separation conveyors are designed to provide extremely high magnetic fields, which enable removal of lightly magnetic tramp metal fines.
According to Bunting Product Manager, Don Suderman, these separation conveyors utilize "high-intensity magnetic fields that separate work-hardened 300 series stainless steel from the product stream, increasing separation effectiveness for medical waste, as well as automotive and electronic scrap recycling.
"Optional vibratory feeder trays are available, and the conveyor’s frames are constructed of 300 series stainless steel," says Suderman. "Plus, tough, urethane endless belts maximize magnetic field exposure to material being conveyed."
New Vibratory Feeder Line
Bunting's new line of vibratory feeders for eddy current separators and high-intensity separation conveyors are engineered to provide uniform single layer feeding of material for maximum separation efficiency.
"Widths and lengths of the feeders can be customized to match any application and they can be fabricated from conventional or stainless steel as required," says Bunting Product Manager, Don Suderman . "Each feeder assembly is supplied complete with controls, and integration into existing systems can be engineered as necessary.”
