BladeCore, the Wisconsin-based specialist in the sales and service of mobile shear and other blades for the metal recycling and demolition industries, has announced the appointment of two territory managers, Betsy McDevitt and Leah Glucoft. Betsy will work in the Midwest and western Great Lakes states, while Leah will cover the Western U.S.
Betsy has a diversified background ranging from the Construction and Design industries to Sales & Marketing. “I believe great customer service involves building relationships centered on honesty, integrity, and trust.” Betsy goes on to say, “I am excited to connect my customers to the products they‘re looking for at BladeCore.”
“Hands-down, Betsy is one of the most personable and trustworthy people I have ever met – I should know, she’s my wife," said Jay McDevitt, Division Manager of BladeCore. "She truly has a passion for helping people like I’ve never seen. We have a great product, yes, but we’re all about taking customer service to a new level at BladeCore. Betsy’s unique skill set and strong communication skills make her a perfect fit for us, and we’re lucky to have her.”
Leah Glucroft, who is now responsible for BladeCore's business in the Western U.S., grew up in the scrap business and knows her way around a scrap yard. She has a wealth of experience ranging from sales to people placement.
“I grew up in the scrap industry and have come to know many of the hard-working people in the western U.S.," says Glucroft. "These relationships are very important and I look forward to developing many more while representing a great product!”
"Leah is exactly the type of person we were looking for," adds Jay McDevitt. "She is someone who knows what our customers are looking for, she’s very service-oriented, pays very close attention to details, and she knows this business very well. We are very excited to have Leah on our team.”
