Eriez 5-Star Service Center relocates to 114,000 square-foot facility
Eriez’ 5-Star Service Center, has re-located to the company’s new 114,000 square foot Wager Road facility in Erie, PA. The new facility employs trained technicians, and the machining, fabricating and welding capabilities necessary to rebuild all Eriez equipment.
“Whether it’s an emergency system service call or a complete rebuild of a suspended magnet, Eriez 5-Star Service will have you operating at original equipment standards,” says Dave Hansen, Manager—Service and Repairs.
According to Eriez, the growing amount of 5-Star Service Center work prompted the move to the new, larger building, enabling the 5-Star team to streamline operations and offer faster service.
“The 5-Star Service Center has grown in direct proportion to customer satisfaction with our service capabilities,” explains Tim Shuttleworth, Eriez President and CEO.
Eriez’ rebuild program provides complete diagnostics, tear-down, inspection, updated electronics and assemblies, and testing. Once remanufactured, all Eriez equipment leaves the Eriez 5-Star Service Center with an “as new” warranty. Eriez 5-Star Service uses original OEM parts, components and assemblies on Eriez units.
“We wrote the spec; we’ll repair your equipment to current standards,” says Hansen. “Remanufacturing your suspended magnets, drum magnets, vibratory feeders, wet drum separators and more can save thousands of dollars versus buying new,” explains Hansen.
He adds, “Our priority is to do what is best for the customer rather than focusing on a one-time sale.”
Eriez understands that bringing equipment to the 5-Star Service Center is not always practical, so they also offer on-site field service.
“A qualified Eriez engineer or technician is within hours of you to ensure your equipment and systems stay online,” says Hansen.
