Impact resistant trailer unloading system designed for difficult loads

The V-FLOOR V-18 unloading system, which uses unique sub-deck, bearing and slat configuration, absorbs load impact and is specifically designed to handle difficult materials, including light to moderate construction and demolition debris and high moisture content loads.

According to KEITH, the versatility of the V-18 system expands the back-hauling potential of a trailer, and provides safe, efficient, low-maintenance and versatile horizontal loading and unloading. While in motion, the slats remain horizontal, reciprocating sequentially and then in unison to convey the load. The rugged V-18 slat is teamed with the KEITH V-Drive, an evolution of proven RUNNING FLOOR II drive technology. The double-rod arrangement of the V-Drive hydraulic system divides the unloading forces between both ends of the drive frame, distributing the force and allowing for faster unloading times.

A wide selection of KEITH unloading systems are available, from the heavy-duty steel V-9 system for scrap metal, to the smaller M-Series designed for the document shredding industry.
