Solid waste baling containment system

The Envirobale System is an innovative containment system for solid waste baling designed with the environment in mind. Solid waste or RDF bales are ejected from a baler with a single ejection stroke into an Envirobale bag. The Envirobale bag is then easily transferred to either a landfill or energy facility.

The Envirobale System provides waste managers with many environmental benefits including: less litter, decreased vermin, significantly less odour, as well as potential reduction in daily cover requirements and cleaner leachate at landfills.  

In comparison to other wrapping technologies, the Envirobale System does not require the use of baling wire, which is a great benefit to energy from waste or refuse derived fuel facilities which can use Envirobale as a fuel source.

For traditional baling applications, Accent has also recently developed the SmarTier for their 470 wire tier system. This proprietary diagnostic panel identifies operating faults and then steps facility personnel through factory-recommended troubleshooting procedures. This reduces the time to resolve technical issues and minimizes unscheduled downtime.  

According to Accent Wire, much of the 470’s popularity is due to the patented pivot-out feature of the 470 Parts Cartridge, which holds the wear parts for the wire tier. The Parts Cartridge  pivots out and locks into service position for full access to all wear parts while the bale is still in place. When locked in this position, maintenance personnel have a stable, vice-like platform to change spare parts right at the wire tier.
