High-volume de-pollution systems

High-volume de-pollution systems

The Crow Environmental range of vehicle de-pollution systems are built for the high-volume extraction of vehicle fluids. The system pumps fluids into a storage tank and uses depollution bays that handle 30 to 50 cars per day, manned by one operator. Up to 10 bays can be added to a single set of tanks, and a unique fuel extraction and filtering system allows one operator to reclaim and process fuel for reuse in any vehicle.

The unique fuel extraction system on these units is designed to seal firmly to the fuel tank, and allows operators to see the quality of the fuel before deciding to pump to either a clean gasoline, clean diesel or dirty fuel tank. The system also includes: a 9.000-pound scissor lift; codified tanks; large steel funnels for draining engine and gearbox oil; a funnel for draining rear differential; separate probes to drain engine bay reservoirs; and simple controls for the fluid extraction pumps.

Also available from Crow is a fuel extraction kit, a CAT cutter, and the Midi System, specifically designed for breakers or scrap companies. The Midi system can be used between two lifts or frames, and allows oils, water and fuels to be drained and pumped directly to remote tanks.
