Rockster Recycler debuts R1100 in North America

Rockster Recycler debuted their latest development, the 32.5 ton impact crusher R1100, to North America, at ConExpo 2011. These plants feature a Duplex system that allows users to easily change between an impact and jaw crusher, compact measurements, high performance, up to 350 tons (385 US tons) per hour and a mounted 1-deck-screenbox and return belt. 

“With the combination of the crushing plant and the screenbox and return belt our clients have the possibility to produce defined, high-quality materials in one workflow,” said Wolfgang Kormann, CEO of Austrian-based Kormann Rockster Recycler GmbH. “And this applies also on the smallest job sites, through the optimal measures and flexibility of the system.” 

“With our modular concept we are able to react anytime on the requirements of customers and can offer the perfect plant for their demands,“ added Stephane Guerchon, CEO of Rockster North America.   

“Our unique and patented Duplex-system enables the customer to cover a wider range of applications,” continued Guerchon. “Through the hydrostatical driving unit, which allows a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the crusher, both units can be installed on the same chassis and changed in about three hours – from impact crusher to jaw crusher and vice versa.”

Rockster Recycler offers a range of mobile crushing and screening equipment that will handle a variety of materials, including concrete, asphalt, brick and C&D materials. Units are designed for easy transport, with a total weight of 18.5 tons to 42 tons (40,800 to 92,600 pounds).
