Award-winning compost management system

Designed in the U.K. by CompostManager, the award-winning CMS2010 is the world’s first total compost management system, according to the company. This real-time solution is specifically developed for the yard waste composting industry, and is the first system of its kind to simultaneously monitor and analyze levels within the compost batch of the four key parameters in composting: moisture, temperature, oxygen and CO2.

CMS2010 uses a very accurate, uniquely-designed sampling probe, as well as an integral instrument containing a gas sampling pump and sensors for key parameters. Also, a blue-tooth enabled barcode scanner provides data reliability and a software package that optimizes the composting process. Units are controlled by a user-friendly interface and data is stored and uploaded to the user’s central computer where CMS2010 converts all collected data into meaningful and specific instructions for site operators.
