New lifter marks next chapter for Bayne
The Revolution cart lifter is the latest from Bayne and features a new patent-pending cart tipper design that provides users with unprecedented versatility in daily refuse and recycling collection operations.
“We’ve found conditions on collection routes that are so dynamic, our customers need solutions that allow them the greatest amount of flexibility possible,” explained Carmen Smothers, Bayne’s sales administration and marketing manager. “The Bayne Revolution provides the versatility not previously seen in a product of this type.” The Revolution provides an exceptional 21 inches of ground clearance, along with the smooth operation of the patented Thinline rack and pinion rotary actuation system. The combination of clearance and smooth operation makes the Revolution the ideal solution for all types of rear loader collection applications.
The Revolution is compatible with domestic style two-bar roll-out carts and with a kick bar, which permits the easy collection of both commercial and residential stops on a single route. Plus, its sweeping motion provides for a greater cart pick-up envelope, and units will dump carts higher and deeper into a rear-load hopper, which allows for a greater number of route stops prior to cycling the packer blade, while reducing spillage.
