Rare Earth Roll separators

Ideal for recycling and processing plastics, abrasives, metals, electronics and glass, for application in a range of industries, these Rare Earth Roll (RE) separators are designed to provide peak separation efficiency and ensure exceptional product purity. RE Rolls are constructed with neodymium-boron-iron rare earth permanent magnets, offering at least ten times the attractive force of conventional magnets. The high gradient magnetic circuit includes a variety of proprietary items designed to produce a magnetic field in excess of 21,000 gauss; units are capable of recovering particles with various magnetic susceptibilities, and will handle feeds from one-half inch (13 mm) to very fine materials.

RE Rolls are available in three, four and six inch diameter rolls, with widths ranging from five to sixty inches, and in single, double and triple stage versions with either nonmagnetic or magnetic-rerun.
