Soft-fill polyurethane flatproofing technology
SuperFlex soft-fill polyurethane flatproof-ing technology is designed to prevent flats, blowout hazards, downtime and repairs on off-road vehicles such as skid steers and wheel loaders. Its formulation allows tires to run similar to an air-filled tire, protecting both operator and machine from jolting, and it increases tire life, performance, adds ballast, and helps maintain proper tire pressure.
Polyurethane liquid is pumped in and cures into a soft rubber-like material that fills the tire. SuperFlex works in any tire with a sound casing, and has superior shock absorbing properties with a softness of eight (durometer). Also available is QuickGel self-sealing polyurethane liner which provides protection from punctures up to 5/16-inch in diameter, and is ideal for lower weight vehicles, including skid steers.
