Rugged compactor

The Cat 836H landfill compactor is designed for the harsh environment found at a landfill. Cat’s Axle Guard system prevents damage to the final drives, planetaries and seals that may be caused by wire, cable, plastic or other materials that can get packed and caught around the axle components. Extended rim wheels further help to keep away materials that might cling to the wheel or axle surface. A separated fan and cooling system incorporate trash resistant features.
