The SB6200-800 features a baler box made of HARDOX 450 abrasion-resistant steel and comes equipped with a remote control and automatic compact cycle. With a shear force of 827 tons, a maximum pushing piston force of 187 tons and a maximum force one and two door of 287 tons, this machine will provide an average production rate of 11 to 12 tons per hour in scrap processing applications. SB6200-800 shear balers are built robust and easy to use, and feature a 167-hp engine, box length of 19.5 feet, as well as sequential automatic starting, a reversible cutting blade, and a centralized automatic greasing system.
