These state-of-the-art eddy current separators effectively remove non-ferrous metallic particles from electronic scrap, automobile shredder residue (ASR), mixed metals, plastics, glass cullet, boiler bottom ash, spent foundry core sand, MSW, commingled recycla-bles, and urban wood waste. Units feature improved permanent magnetic circuits with Rare Earth Erium 3000, which is more than five times stronger than conventional magnets. Eriez’ eddy current separators are available with a vibratory pan feeder, rare earth magnetic drum, and belt conveyor for processing different infeed materials. A variety of feed widths up to 60 inches are offered.
