Cart washer cleans up to 60 carts per hour
The fully-automatic Ginove Cart-Wash unit is designed to clean 45 to 60 collection carts per hour, inside and out. As a completely enclosed stationary system, these units can be installed anywhere on a worksite, and will both degrease and disinfect. The Ginove Cart-Wash is designed to lower cart cleaning operating costs and increase productivity, while reducing employee contact with residue and potentially dangerous substances.
Powered by an electric-hydraulic power-pack connected to a 3/4-inch hot or cold water supply, and drained by a standard 2.5-inch hose that empties a double-fl oor reservoir, the Cart-Wash unit is ready to operate with or without detergent or disinfectant. It can also be used anywhere there is a source of electricity, running water, and sewer (or where there is a water separator for the collection of oils, etc). The Ginove Cart-Wash also includes a powerful rotating jet-washer assembly, hydraulic lifter and a programmable automatic cycle controller that reduces an employee’s chances of injury and contact with carts during the washing process.
