MQP Series Multi Quick Processors feature up to 20 percent more power than previous models thanks to their DSX-power cylinder concept. Units feature extremely fast cycle times (opening and closing in under five seconds) and they are designed to cut steel and crush concrete structures with three quick change jaw options. A unique QMXlink hydraulic system on these units allows jaws to be exchanged on site within only 10 minutes, and jaws are completely made of exchangeable spare parts. Users can choose between combi, pulverizer and/or steel jaws for excavators from 20-ton to 65-ton operating weights. Kinshofer also offers D15 HPX and D18 HPX selector grabs suitable for 12 to 18 ton excavators, and which feature no hydraulic rams or compensation rods. XS Series shears (right) are designed for use on excavators from 10 to 100 tons (boom or dipper mount) and are the most agile in the Kinshofer line. XS shears come equipped with 360-degree endless rotation (no rotation is also an option) and are suitable for a wide variety of applications including steel or concrete structure demolition, ship dismantling and general work at scrapyards.
