Track-mounted mobile screen produces four products
Designed for large quarry operators and aggregates producers of virgin and recycled materials, the S-7 track-mounted mobile screen is the largest model to date in Extec’s S-series of screens, and is capable of producing four products via its triple deck construction.
Units utilize a large feed hopper with optional double-deck vibrating grid and a set of extended conveyors for very high productivity levels. The S-7’s transport weight is 85,142 pounds (38.2 tonnes) and it is powered by a Deutz BF4M 2012 diesel engine developing 100.4 hp (74.9 kW), which meets or exceeds current emissions regulations.
The S-7 is carried on a large, durable chassis that provides enhanced strength and rigidity. A self-loading hydraulic bogie provides an independent transport capability without the need for low loaders, and the unit is offered with a variety of optional extras including vibrating and tipping grids, mild steel hopper liners, overband magnet, reversible side conveyor, and a highly effective dust suppression system.
