MultiQuick processors feature five second cycle times

Kinshofer Multi Quick Processors – the MQP Series – feature up to 20 percent more power than previous models thanks to the DSXpower cylinder concept. Units also feature extremely fast cycle times (opening and closing in under five seconds) and they are designed to cut steel and crush concrete structures with three quick change jaw options. Thanks to the unique QMXlink hydraulic system, the jaws can be exchanged on site within only 10 minutes. Additionally, the jaws are completely made of exchangeable spare parts, and users can choose between combi, pulverizer and/or steel jaws for excavators from 20 t to 65 t operating weights. The model MQP-25 Multi-Jaw processor, one of various models, is suitable for 18 to 25 t excavators.

Also available, D15 HPX and D18 HPX Selector Grabs are suitable for 12 to 18 t excavators and feature no hydraulic rams or compensation rods, are maintenance-free (runs in its own oil bath), and provide full and constant closing force through the entire opening/closing cycle.
