At the end of 2014, Bayne Premium Lift Systems, a division of Environmental Solutions Group (ESG), moved their manufacturing operations from Greenville, SC to the new ESG facility in Phoenix, AZ. The Bayne mobile refuse lifter product line is now being manufactured in Phoenix and the commercial and industrial lifter product line will be produced in Vernon, AL.
Just days before devastating tornados ripped across the southern United States on April 27, 2011, the Environmental Services Department in Tuscaloosa, Alabama had been tasked by the city to develop a long-term plan for expanding and upgrading recycling services. Environmental Solutions Group acquires Curotto-Can Company and announces new Triple Bottom Line program
Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) announced just prior to this year's Waste Expo (May 20-24) their acquisition of The Curotto-Can Company of Sonoma, CA. The Curotto-Can is known for their automated carry can that mounts to the forks of a commercial front loader, converting the unit to an automated front loader. This system enables a commercial refuse collection unit to also be used for residential pickups, with efficiency and versatility superior to that seen in automated side loaders.
Emterra Environmental, headquartered in Burlington, Ontario, and part of the Emterra Group takes the “environmental” portion of its name seriously. When it came down to which supplier could best help Emterra switch from traditional diesel-powered vehicles to CNG units, General Manager of Metro Vancouver, Nevil Davies, did some very comprehensive research.
