Screen Machine is celebrating 50 years in business in 2016. On Thursday, June 23, Screen Machine hosted dealers, suppliers, local, state and federal officials, families of employees and other special guests to its 125,000-square foot facility in Etna, Ohio. According to the company, it was a day to celebrate a great American success story, and to look ahead to a bright future. At the event, Screen Machine debuted about 75 tons of new machinery and welcomed nearly 700 guests for the day.
Screen Machine Industries LLC has added a new track-mounted reverse style screening plant designed for secondary screening of rock, sand and gravel, and other materials, to their product line. The Spyder 514TS is equipped with a 5- x 14-foot double-deck screen with Smooth Start Technology. This heavy-duty machine is capable of producing up to three different sized products simultaneously.
Screen Machine recently introduced their 612W (wheeled) and the 612T (tracked) Portable Trommel Screening Plants, as well as the new Might II Shredder-Trommel combination machine.
Designed for the rugged and versatile demands of portable aggregate screening, the Scalper 77C portable screening plant features a 48-hp Yanmar diesel engine, a seven- by seven-foot double deck two bearing screen, a wide feed opening with low feed height as well as heavy-duty construction. The Scalper 77C is a patented, heavy-duty plant designed to screen sand, gravel, vegetation and more. These units work best when paired with a one- to two-yard loader. A nine-foot nine-inch feed screen opening and Smooth Start technology are standard equipment.
