Attachment for on site segregation, crushing and recycling
The AwJaw Bucket Crusher is engineered to turn an excavator into a crush plant for on site waste segregation, crushing and recycling. Units feature quick setup and are ideal for handling demolition wood, crushing rock, and recycling concrete containing rebar into a marketable aggregate. Inside the bucket, massive jaws reduce materials up to 15 by 17 inches, including concrete, brick or rock, into aggregate from six-inch minus down to 3/4-inch minus. Output is adjustable and the bucket’s wide-jaw, open design allows it to handle concrete with rebar, wire mesh and other foreign objects with ease. Units are available in four sizes to fit a range of excavators from 8 to larger than 30 tons. Jaw widths are up to 47 inches, with production rates of up to 60 tons per hour.
